I’ve wanted to swap out our coffee table in the living room for about a year now. I came across this one from Wayfair and it checked all the boxes: oversized, mid to dark wood tone, and it’s a super budget friendly coffee table. I found so many affordable options, I knew I had to round up my favorites for you. And guys, they’re all under $500! But first, peep our new arrival.

Since we have a little more real estate now I grabbed a few of my favorite decor items to style the coffee table with. This woven tray comes in a set of two. They’re really oversized and I love to move them all over the house, as well as use them when we’re entertaining.

This book display is another favorite decor piece. I love how it adds some height. Typically, I style this on my sofa table because our last coffee table was a bit too small. I added a cute little magnifying glass for fun. Coffee table books are a must. I typically use home decor books I’ve found inspiring. I found this neutral set that’s pretty budget friendly.

There are a few styling pieces I always keep on my coffee table: some kind of stem/greenery, storage for remotes/matches and other small objects, and an aesthetically pleasing game. The last being the most important for me. We have lots of impromptu chess, checkers & tic tac toe games around here and it’s kind of my favorite thing ever.
