Keeping dinner this week extra easy by substituting for a Costco rotisserie chicken and and using up some tenderloin from our freezer stash.

I’m loosely following this recipe. I plan on picking up a Costco chicken so I don’t have to cook anything, and we’ll see if I get to the bacon dressing.

Honestly not sure the kids will like this one but were gonna give it a try because I have a tenderloin the freezer that needs to be eaten. They’ve recently discovered mustard, so hears to hoping. Haha!
