This week we’re working on finishing our sprinkler system, getting top soil spread and really crossing our fingers for a sod delivery on Friday. Which means I really needed some hands off dinner ideas for this week. The weather is still really chilly for this time of year too, so we’re having comfort food.

The Easiest Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Planning on doing these with Hawaiian Rolls as more of a slider. The kids will think the tiny size is super fun and I like that I can dump it all on the crock pot & forget it.

This one is new for us! It’s basically another dump and go recipe, minus searing the chicken. I’ll give you an honest review after we’ve tried it and let you know what the kids think too.

Easy Baked French Dip Sandwiches

I’ve made these for dinner before and they take no time at all. I just grab some meat and pre-sliced provolone from the deli and there is zero prep. Super easy , super fast and super good.
