Midweek Meals: Ukrainian Style
Billy’s grandma arrives from upstate New York this week along with more extended family. Fun fact: her parents and older siblings immigrated from Ukraine and then she was born here in the US. I thought it would be fun to attempt some Ukrainian recipes while she was here.
Golubtsi Recipe; A classic Ukrainian food
Billy actually makes a similar recipe to this that his mom taught him, and grandma taught her. It’s really inexpensive and makes a HUGE portion that is easy to freeze and tastes just as good for leftovers.
