Finally Finishing the Dining Room

We’ve lived here almost 3 years and our dining room has never felt finished. When I came across a beautiful set of frames from Wayfair a few weeks ago I had an ah-ha moment. Adding a gallery wall is a small upgrade with major impact! With the kids’ busy sports schedules this spring, I hadn’t done a project since Emma’s big girl room and this quick and easy upgrade was the perfect way to dip my toe back in. Finally, the dining room feels complete and I love how it turned out.
This wall is bigger than it looks and these oversized frames fill the space perfectly. The wood tone is so pretty (mine are Tuscan Sand with 8×10, but they come in 8 finishes).
As of right now, I’ve never been more excited to invite someone over for dinner! I love that the pictures will always be a topic of discussion and I’m looking forward to having a dedicated space to display our yearly family photos.
The moral of the story is that if it’s not coming together, don’t rush it! The inspiration will come when the time is right. I’m so glad I waited to find something I truly love.
